Dugim pljeskom Splićani su ispratili u petak uvečer baletane i balerine te autorski tim klasičnog baleta "Laurencia" koji se izvodi prvi put u Hrvatskoj. Premijera je uspjela, publika je glasnim odobravanjem i aplauzom pozivala plesače na poklon.

Djelo gruzijskog koreografa Vakhtanga Čabukianija na glazbu Aleksandra Kreina, u verziji ravnateljice Gruzijskog državnog baleta Nine Ananiašvili, nastalo je po motivima drame "Fuente Ovejuna" Lope de Vege. Radnja "Laurencije" odvija se u 15. stoljeću, u španjolskom selu Fuente Ovejuna.

Mladi Frondoso, zaljubljen u Laurenciju, suprostavlja se zapovjedniku sela Fernandu Gomezu de Guzmanu koji lijepu seosku djevojku želi za sebe. Laurencia odbija Zapovjednika koji se želi osvetiti, na što ona potiče suseljane na pobunu protiv njegove tiranije. Pobunjenici, predvođeni Frondosom, oslobađaju Laurenciju i pobjeđuju zapovjednika, zaklinjući se braniti svoju slobodu i dostojanstvo.

Kao protagonisti nastupili su solisti i članovi ansambla splitskog Baleta, na pozornici se tijekom predstave izmjenjivalo čak oko 50 plesnih umjetnika. Naslovnu ulogu Laurencije na premijeri je tumačila Josephine Mansfield, njezinog partnera Frondosa Valerij Ljubenko. Ulogu Zapovjednika preuzeo je Igor Gluškov.

Orkestrom HNK Split dirigirao je Levan Jagaev.

Nakon premijere slijede reprizne izvedbe 23., 25., 26. i 27. ožujka a u ulogama Laurencije i Frondosa izmjenjivat će se Valerie Lin, te Danil Podruško i Emanuele Sardo.

Dugim pljeskom Splićani su ispratili u petak uvečer baletane i balerine te autorski tim klasičnog baleta "Laurencia" koji se izvodi prvi put u Hrvatskoj. Premijera je uspjela, publika je glasnim odobravanjem i aplauzom pozivala plesače na poklon.

Djelo gruzijskog koreografa Vakhtanga Čabukianija na glazbu Aleksandra Kreina, u verziji ravnateljice Gruzijskog državnog baleta Nine Ananiašvili, nastalo je po motivima drame "Fuente Ovejuna" Lope de Vege. Radnja "Laurencije" odvija se u 15. stoljeću, u španjolskom selu Fuente Ovejuna.

Mladi Frondoso, zaljubljen u Laurenciju, suprostavlja se zapovjedniku sela Fernandu Gomezu de Guzmanu koji lijepu seosku djevojku želi za sebe. Laurencia odbija Zapovjednika koji se želi osvetiti, na što ona potiče suseljane na pobunu protiv njegove tiranije. Pobunjenici, predvođeni Frondosom, oslobađaju Laurenciju i pobjeđuju zapovjednika, zaklinjući se braniti svoju slobodu i dostojanstvo.

Kao protagonisti nastupili su solisti i članovi ansambla splitskog Baleta, na pozornici se tijekom predstave izmjenjivalo čak oko 50 plesnih umjetnika. Naslovnu ulogu Laurencije na premijeri je tumačila Josephine Mansfield, njezinog partnera Frondosa Valerij Ljubenko. Ulogu Zapovjednika preuzeo je Igor Gluškov.

Nakon premijere slijede reprizne izvedbe 23., 25., 26. i 27. ožujka a u ulogama Laurencije i Frondosa izmjenjivat će se Valerie Lin, te Danil Podruško i Emanuele Sardo.
